The Myrtle Beach Resort is an ocean front gated community with 24-hr security and a large number of amenities. In addition to the beach, you will enjoy six swimming pools, four whirlpools, an exercise room, saunas, steam rooms, tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball, a children's playground and more.

Each condominium offers a private balcony. The resort has a lazy river, ocean front cabana bar, a poolside snack bar, a convenience store and deli.

Myrtle Beach Condominium Sales

Individual property taxes run about $60 per month and electricity the same. New owners would want property insurance that would run about $15 per month. As a rule, your rental income will make your mortgage payments.

The Myrtle Beach Resort consists of approximately 1000 privately owned condominiums. At any given time, as many as 10% are available through resale; many at favorable prices.
